Yrsa has an international portfolio career with experience both from in-house roles and consulting. She has worked for companies like Nordea, Fiskars and Fredman Group. Her last operational position was a summary of her path, working in a LT as Chief Business Officer (CBO), being responsible for the international B2B and B2C sales, branding, marketing, communication, product development and the customer service teams.

For the last 3 years she has worked as leadership and sales consultant and business/executive coach, supporting over 40 organizations in transformation to find clarity and structure. Combining profit-centered thinking with a people-minded approach, Yrsa supports organizations in transformation by sustainably develop their business strategies, leadership capabilities and team performance.
