Tomi Välimäki

Senior Partner

Tomi holds a Master's Degree in Engineering, majoring Industrial Management, Work Psychology and Leadership. Tomi joined MPS in 2000 as a Consultant.

As a Senior Partner since 2006 at MPS, Tomi has focused on Executive Search, Coaching, Management Audits and Management Development in Customer projects.

Beside of consulting during the years in MPS Tomi has occupied various positions in MPS Enterprises in leading business unit and business area as well as being in charge of MPS group new business development. Today he is KAM lead and in charge of MPS key account management.

Before joining MPS, Tomi has obtained professional expertise from the Metal Industry, by consulting internationally, in competence and human resource issues, covering Europe, Asia and North America.

In personal life his time is divided between his family (wife and two adult children plus summer house) and hobbies golf, badminton, floorball, gym, e-sport and net fishing of vendace (Coregonus albula).
