Ella is a licensed psychologist with strong interest in personality, social dynamics and working life related topics. She is passionate about matching the aspirations of individuals with the needs of organizations.

As a consultant Ella focuses mainly on recruitment and personal assessment services. She has previous work experience in vocational guidance and career counselling.

Ella enjoys long walks and photographing, and kayaking in the summer is one of the best things she knows.
