Jussi works as a Service Manager at MPS Prewise and handles the day-to-day operations of our Service Desk. Service Desk is the first-point-of-contact for any hurdles or issues our customers may face with our learning technology services. Jussi has been with the company for over 15 years so he knows the products and services inside-out and keeps our customers well-informed of any issues that may occur or incidents that need reporting.
