Riikka works as a Senior Consultant and Area Director focusing on assessments, recruitment, outplacement, career counseling, and leadership development. For years she has helped various organizations and companies in private and public sector. She has a Master`s Degree in Psychology and a Certificate of Psychological Assessments.

In free time Riikka enjoys moving around nature, hiking and spending time in Lapland.
