Lisette Sällström

Senior Consultant, Psychologist

Lisette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology from University of Helsinki and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Åbo Akademi. She has been working with psychological assessments since 2017 and she has versatile experience from various industries both within the private and public sectors. Her expertise includes assessments ranging from specialist to C-level. She´s driven by helping her clients succeed through finding the right talent for their diverse needs and by supporting individuals in their personal growth journey. She has also background in career coaching, and she enjoys being able to support individuals at a crossroad in their careers. At MPS she works within assessments, recruitment, and outplacement.

On her free time Lisette enjoys outdoor activities, good food and spending time with her family. Before her career in recruitment, she worked as a professional ballet dancer and occasionally you might also find her in the dance studio.
