Erno works as a Consultant at MPS Career. He has a strong drive to help organizations thrive by finding the most suitable talents for the right roles. He is especially passionate about keeping recruitment human-centered, as the world and technology continue to evolve.

Before MPS he has experienced in sales and customer service positions.

Erno holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from University of Helsinki.
