Hannele works as a consultant focusing on recruitment, executive search and headhunting. Hannele holds a Masters Degree from Turku School of Economics. She has worked in the field of education, recruitment and direct search and she has also a long experience in B to B sales.

As a consultant Hannele focuses on recruitment, direct search. To keep customers satisfied and find the right persons in key roles is the driving force for Hannele in his work. Hannele spends her free time in various sport activities, with her family and reading or listening books.. She is also active in associations like Junior Chamber.
