Tuija Pulkkinen

Senior Consultant

Tuija has over 20 years of experience in executive search and recruitment. Since 2005, she has worked in roles such as Consultant, Partner, and Senior Consultant, specializing in recruitment, executive search, and assessments.

Throughout her career, Tuija has been responsible for both client relationships and sales, personally managing and delivering all client projects. She is highly sales-oriented and customer-focused and is driven by a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, tailored solutions that best meet each client’s needs.

Outside of work, Tuija is a passionate golfer and enjoys staying active at the gym or on long walks. She loves to travel — especially to the golf courses of Spain — and finds great joy in spending time with her 1.5-year-old grandson, Eeli.
