Janne Aho

Area Director

At MPS, Janne works as Area Director in our Lahti office. He serves our clients mainly in executive search, assessment and outplacement. He has a Master's degree from Aalto University School of Business, focusing on Management and International Business.

Prior to MPS, Janne has experience working as a talent acquisition and employer branding leader in the legal industry and as an expert in executive search and recruitment consultancies.

Janne strives towards long-lasting client relationships where he can bring value and impact. He is known for his trusted and committed way of working as well as understanding client's business and strategic needs.

His work languages include Finnish and English and conversational Swedish and French.
