Päivi Iivanainen

Senior Consultant

Päivi holds a master’s degree in psychology from University of Tampere, is a licensed psychologist and a certified assessor by the Finnish Psychological Association. At MPS she works as a Senior Consultant specializing in personnel assessment. Prior to joining MPS Päivi has a long-term experience (since 2007) from personal assessment in all organizational levels and in different industries. She has broad skillset in various psychometric tools as well. Päivi`s strengths are customer- and service-oriented mindset, and she is committed and passionate about producing top-quality results to her customers.

In her spare time, you can find Päivi from different playing field with her sporty sons, traveling abroad with her family or jogging with her friends.
