Jonathan Rasmus

Senior Consultant, Business Development Manager, Team Lead

Jonathan is a Senior Consultant, working mainly with recruitments, assessments and people development. He is also our Business Development Manager for the Recruitment Services and leads a small team of Talent Attraction Specialists.

Before joining MPS, he has worked with services and solutions related to talent acquisition and assessment as well as people analytics. He holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology.

On his free-time, Jonathan likes various activities including reading, climbing and woodworking.
