How to get everyone involved in the change?
MPS's inclusive change process helps to define the directions and priorities of renewal. It speeds up commitment and the targeting of further measures.
Already in the development phase of the change, signals from a wide range are mapped using the digital Radar tool: What is happening in our operating environment? What do we need to meet the challenges ahead? What kinds of things weigh on our people?
Based on the results of the radar, in the next step we will refine together the top points, goals or needs. This can be organized on an individual or team level as needed. Here too, the digital tool supports equal participation and activation. Everyone gets to say their opinion.
The stages of the process are defined as workshop work, where different target groups get a voice.
When the change itself has been prepared through a participatory process, change management becomes easier and the tips of communication have already been found as defined by the target audience.
