He specializes in executive coaching, leadership team development, and helping senior leaders navigate complex change and cultural transformation.

With a doctorate in economics and experience as both a leadership researcher and management consultant at a Big 4 consulting firm, he brings a unique combination of academic depth and practical insight.

He believes that effective leadership is grounded in clear thinking, shared values, and the ability to learn and adapt together.

In his free time, Timo-Pekka enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
