Senior Consultant

Sini Vuolteenaho is a social psychologist specialized in career coaching and working life transitions. Her background includes career coaching, vocational rehabilitation, employability support and outplacement services.

Her approach combines practical career support with a strong understanding of motivation, identity and meaningful working life.

Outside of work, Sini enjoys Finnish nature, jogging, and spending time with family and friends. She is actively involved in local community activities supporting children and youth through parent association and football club activities.
