Help Ukrainian Professionals Find Work in Finland with Us

MPS offers Ukrainian refugees residing in Finland help in finding work. The idea is to connect Ukrainian professionals and Finnish workplaces that can offer expert level jobs. You can help by either hiring a Ukrainian professional or by sharing this message with potential employers and jobseekers.

We collect information on employers that are interested and willing to offer part-time or full-time jobs for those who have escaped the war in Ukraine to Finland. We have also started a resume bank for Ukrainian professionals who would like to find work while they stay in Finland. Both services are free-of-charge to users. Our focus and expertise are on expert and management level recruitments.

The service works so, that MPS collects the necessary information about both employers and the jobs they offer, and about the Ukrainian jobseekers into our own data banks. We conduct pre-screenings to match applicants and advertised jobs and will contact the parties according to the need. The actual recruitment decisions are made by the employers themselves and all contracts are always made between the employer hiring and the applicant being hired.
