Increasing sales – Boosting product training for Musti ja Mirri!


Mapping out personnel competence

Musti ja Mirri wanted to manage their product training in a way that would keep them up to date on their personnel’s knowledge and skills. So, they introduced MPS’s Musti ja Mirri Campus in October 2015, and now create their own e-learning content using tools provided by MPS.
With MPS tools, they are able to manage their product training and share information with different target groups digitally, saving them time and resources. Courses are interactive and much easier to create than traditional PowerPoint presentations. In Finland, Musti ja Mirri has approximately 500 active users, of which the most active are in stores. Their employees in Norway and Sweden started using Campus in autumn 2016.

Why the MPS digital training solution?

Excellent customer service is important at Musti ja Mirri. The store employees want to know how to answer customers’ various questions about products and the well-being of their pets. They also see digital learning as a modern way to improve their own skills.

Musti ja Mirri has employees and stores all over the Nordic countries, which made it challenging to get employees to the same location for training. With the MPS tools, employees can now decide when, where, and how much to study. The digital training solution is also effective; users are assigned exactly the courses they need, so that their own learning environment remains clear, and the user sees statistics about their course performance.
