MPS Enterprises is renewing its structure to strengthen the value and service offering provided to its clients.
MPS Executive Search Ltd will merge with MPS Career Ltd as of April 1, 2026.
At the same time, MPS Career Ltd will be renamed MPS Consulting Ltd.
The core services of MPS Executive & Board (executive search and leadership development) will continue strongly within MPS Consulting Ltd and will further develop as part of a broader expert organization.
Following the renewal, all services will operate under one company, enabling closer collaboration, deeper utilization of expertise, and a smoother service experience for clients.

What does the change mean in practice as of April 1?
Billing related to assignments of MPS Executive Search Ltd will be transferred to MPS Consulting Ltd (0632867-2).
The current billing details of MPS Career Ltd will remain unchanged. The change does not affect current operating models, agreements, ongoing projects, or contact persons.
Client collaboration will continue as usual, now with even stronger expertise and a broader service offering.
