At the beginning of the MPS Executive Search process, a consultant familiarizes themselves with the strategy and personnel situation at the organization. Based in the consultant’s observations, the customer establishes the criteria for the desired person in cooperation with the consultant. Next, the consultant surveys candidates together with an experienced research consultant by utilizing a variety of sources. In addition to a candidate’s background and experience, we evaluate their persona and suitability for the task. In international searches, we look for candidates globally with the help of Panorama.
