The system supports a guided learning process: Gimlet LMS administration allows you to assign content and learning paths for specific target groups. Within your learning paths, you can give your learners freedom to browse through all their learning content in any order they like or set specific steps through which they are guided to proceed. You can also send your learners invitations or reminders regarding their learning paths.
User management can be done within Gimlet LMS or integrated with the customer’s own HR/ERP system. You can follow users’ performance in real time on Gimlet LMS or export progress and task reports to Excel.
Reporting dashboards can also be brought to the Learning Portal; for instance, with a Team Report view, supervisors can track their team’s performance in real time directly on the Learning Portal.

The Gimlet Learning Portal is a user-friendly platform that allows your learners to access learning content and complete training modules online anywhere, any time.
On the Learning Portal, your learners will only have access to learning content that has been assigned to them through Gimlet LMS administration. They will be able to follow their own performance and learning outcomes.
The layout for your learning portal is designed in accordance with your organization’s visual and brand guidelines. It is possible to create separate learning portals for different target groups, e.g. internal personnel and subcontractors. Different language versions are also available.
