Varjus-Pitkälä Pirjo

Pirjo has a Master's Degree in Psychology. As a Senior Partner at MPS, Pirjo carries out extensive work within the fields of Recruitment and Business Development in the business area of Selection & Assessment. She has a special focus on HR Management and on the challenges for good superior work performance in expert organisations. She has over 25 years of experience in applying psychological knowledge in organisations. Prior to joining MPS, Pirjo has worked e.g. as a Researcher and as a Personnel Manager in the Finance sector. Pirjo obtains her energy in the summer by spending time at her summer cottage in eastern Finland, and in winter from the cultural supply of the metropolitan area – especially from the opera.
