Silvennoinen Minna

Minna has a Master's Degree in Economics.  She is the Business Unit Director of MPS Tampere and does customer related work in a field of recruitment and development projects.

Before joining MPS, Minna has gained over 20 years of experience from leadership, mainly in small and middle-sized businesses. She has worked for instance as Executive Vice President of Tammer-Tukku Oy, Managing Director of LT Skor Oy and Sales Director of Kustannus Oy Aamulehti. Resemblance to all positions has been management of change.

Her free time Minna likes to spend with her family. You can also spot her quite often from swimming pool, gym, jogging or cycling.
