Richter Kaj

Kaj holds a Master's Degree in Economics. He is a Certified Business Coach. At MPS, Kaj acts as a Senior Partner and Business Area Director in the Leadership & Transition business unit. His responsibility covers Career and Transition Management. His main customer projects focus on helping managers and personnel in demanding transition situations and providing outplacement services. Before MPS, Kaj has got twenty years of experience from leading positions within marketing and sales, both in international and Finnish companies. Additional to that, he has ten years of experience from versatile HR consulting tasks. His main hobbies are skiing in the winter time and during the summer months he enjoys spending time at his summer cottage.
