Mäkelä Niilo

At MPS, Niilo works as a Manager in Organisational Research and his main responsibilities lie in developing and executing MPS’ various organisational surveys and research. His professional background before MPS, has concentrated on psychological test development and on validation projects. Niilo’s hobbies include several musical instruments (some of which he can actually play) and during the summer months his motorbike receives a fair amount of his time.
