MPS's job seeker's coaching is a leaving employee's springboard to a new job. At the same time, it is an important tool for the right and appropriate handling of dismissal situations by managers and supervisors. Job seeker's coaching carried out in a group helps the leaving employee to find a job that suits his or her objectives, skills and personality as quickly as possible. The coaching covers a wide-ranging process from the analysis of emotions to the survey of personal characteristics and the actual job search. The coaching is tailored to fit the group's background and needs.
